Saturation Point is pleased to present All These Things – a solo exhibition by British
artist James William Murray. The exhibition brings together new diptych paintings
on linen and poplar ply panels, and objects made of steel and brass.
All of the works
on display are united by their proportions, which are based on a 1:2 rectangle and
1:2 cruciform – recurring motifs of Murray’s work over recent years. The exhibition
marks Murray’s first foray into colour, albeit a minimal palette consisting of ‘chrome
green’, ‘grey white’, and ‘signal black’, drawn from the RAL colour management system.
